Logistics sector shoots up in Barcelona, leading job creation   Catalonia remains top economy in Spain
46% of investors are interested in putting resources into logistics assets in Barcelona. 80% of logistics projects are turnkey and only 20% are speculative.   The Catalan GDP made up 18.9% of that of Spain as a whole last year. Up 3.9%, the per capita GDP for Catalonia totaled 27,663 euros in 2015.
